In Judge Stone's courtroom, attorney Evan Aronson makes discovery a JOKE
Judge Martin Stone follows the same play book of Judge Milliman, a judge for the city of Brookings - traffic, etc . Limit all discovery from and allow Tiffany to make up unproven facts.
I argued that Tiffany modified a posting accusing me of tax fraud on her TikTok account where she posts pictures of my belongings she obtained from a previous tenant from my shed without permission, confirmed Brookings police officer .
Yet even though I have asked for sanctions for evidence spoilage, Judge Martine Stone has refused, creating a trial of he said/she said.
I requested discovery from the city of Brookings about email sent to them about me from Tiffany. I received evidence from the city online where they could alter it. Therefore, I request that the evidence be placed on a read only drive.
Later, Tiffany's attorney also sent me discovery online where they could modify it later. ...and they did. It's gone. A big issue in this case is the Berg's light, which lights up my property and house. In response to my request for discovery about the light they did NOT give me the light bulb specifications, only many images of the light fixture itself and up to 12 videos of the outside of the light fixtures - less than 1 minute each. Each video is identical. The link sent was then deleted. Below is a screen shot of my email showing the link sent by Elizabeth, a woman working for Evan's office..
...and now the link no longer work!
TIP: If in litigation, always request that evidence be sent to you on a read only device so evidence cannot be tampered with aftere delivery.
Here is another peice of evidence sent by Tiffany's attorney Evan. Notice how all the images for the discovery I requested is black. Discovery is a JOKE in Judge Martin Stone's courtroom.
The following is just one of my motions to compel discovery and request for sanctions against the Berg's for evidence spoilage, which was denied of course in Judge Stone's kanagaroo court.
