Privacy Rights - " a one-party consent state"

My neighbor Tiffany Berg has a camera that captures 99% of my property. It is too high to capture much of her own property even though ORS 163.700 prohibits this since my backyard is enclosed and private. I have an expectation of privacy. But the Brookings police, officer Stevenson, refuse to enforce the law. Recently, I installed cameras along the property line and to focus on their non-fenced driveway to capture the Berg's ongoing harassment, which occurred again in May of 2025 when they yelled defamation up at my worker, while he was working on my property and at me when I was painting my fence on their side, which still is under my ownership since it is not right on the property line.

When I walked on the lower portion of my property I bought in Brookings, Oregon for the first time, Tiffany and her son were videotaping me. I didn't even know it was legal to video tape someone when they were on their own land, let alone to then post the video on TikTok. The video Tiffany posted reveals that I did not video tape them and it shows that the police report was incorrect.

In 2023, I removed my cameras after Mark Baker with the Soft Lights Foundations spoke to Tiffany Berg and she agreed that if she made her light amotion and/or turned it off, I would remove my cameras. I removed my camera, and she backed out of the agreement.

When I discovered Tiffany Berg's TikTok account where she posted pictures she acquired from my tenant of my personal belongings stored in a locked shed, I installed cameras on the shed at a great cost to me.

Tiffany also flew a drone over my head to take pictures of inside my shed where I have an expectation of privacy. The Brookings police did nothing and told me that I had no expectation of privacy. So, why didn't the police ask about this FAA requirement for drones?
